Duroc vs Berkshire showdown & Turkey too

Durocs won. My four guest preferred the flavor and meatier rib. I did two versions of Turkey breast. One pepper, and the other a bbq rub with honey butter at the end. The honey butter version was the favorite. It was a great day and loved the last minute guests that arrived to make a memorable Monday bbq.

What did you glaze the ribs with?

I wrapped for the last 30 minutes meat side down with Craig’s BBQ sauce mixed with apple cider vinegar. Then unwrapped, sprinkled a small amount of rub, and glazed with Craig’s BBQ sauce by itself.
