Occasionally I'll marinate in Allegro. Dry today. Hump Day Thighs. Applied a moderate amount of dry rub, John Henry Mojave Garlic, to some thighs. Ozark Oak lump with about 2/3 beer can blend of oak-mesquite-hickory chunks.

There I was, starting into the freezer, trying to choose between chicken and steak for dinner tonight. Went with steak. While there is no wrong choice here, kinda wished I had grabbed the chicken after looking at those.
