A beef roast was cooked on the OTG the other day. Baby carrots, yellow onions, and Klondike Rose potatoes were included. Enjoy!

Nice looking roast Tom, were the taters and meat cooked together?

Meat, taters, carrots, and onions were all cooked together. In the one pic on the grill that looks like only potatoes, they are on top of everything. You can also see the topper for the pot that went on and kept all the moisture in.

Don't you just love those Dutch ovens????
Heck yeah!
This a Lodge set I found in the camping section of Wally World. The lid is also a frying pan and they both have nice sturdy handles and helper handles for picking them up. The set comes in wicked handy when you don't want to bring too much CI to camp. Can either us as dutch, frying pan, pot, you get the idea.

If you ever down Pigon Forge Tn way stop in at the lodge outlet, they have some very good prices on 2nd with a very minor flaw.
