What about capons, hens, cocks, etc? Are we only allowed to do Chicken? I have no idea where to buy prepared baby chicks, and I don't want to have to slaughter one on my own.

My inquiry into this poultry play is this:
A game hen is not a chicken. Nether is a duck, but both have all the required parts listed in the special rules.
Are they in or out?
I'm thinking Jed just wants our chicken recipes to use over in France 'cuz they don't know how to cook over there.

Well Fish you're absolutely right. I am looking to shig someones entry for my own here in France. Cornish Game Hens are baby chickens they qualify in my book!
