Question for you or any other knowledgeable member. Are Dino Bones the same as short Ribs or different like Baby Backs and Spares?

These 'dino' bones are Beef Back Ribs. For the Avocados, brushed with a mix of olive oil and lime juice. Start them cut side down. After turning, spoon on some salsa and covered it with a sprinkle of Monterey Jack.
