Outstanding ceviche de camaron (agua chile ) and it's about time I see someone else bust out the cucumber for that dish. Very nice.
 
Looks great. I love carne asada but I have feeling after looking at yours I've never really had carne asada :icon_shy

Really admire how you roast the chiles.
