Crumpets

Nothing special but wanted to thank this site (happy I joined) for forcing me out of the culinary rut that I was in for years. I've tried many of suggested recipes here and am glad for it. Crumpets! Give me a break. Would not have done this one except for a recent post here. Going to have them this AM.:clap2:

Thanks Jeanie. They would be better at lakeside in an iron skillet but they were great here in hot Miami as well. I'm sure you have done this at campsite?

I get so much inspiration from the Brethren too. I've largely given up on recipe sites (annoying videos and ads galore!!!!). When I want inspiration I come here.
