Crapshoot BBQ comp rig (pics)

I'm sure you can tell I'm pretty stoked about doing competition. I'm really looking forward to it. Here are two pics of Texana's killer rig that we will cook on. It's a Gator Pit Predator w/roof system. It's 30" diameter FYI. Why so big? Disaster relief efforts. That roof is a life saver in the Texas sun.

First comp is next weekend at the Humble Rodeo BBQ in Humble Texas. I think it's N. of Houston just a bit. Around 136 teams will be there.

Nice rig Zilla I'am going to build a whole hog smoker when the weather breaks here in Nebraska. And I want to put some type of roof on it. That one would work well.
