Ladies and gents,
Been and still pretty busy but I've been sneaking in some cooks. Over the weekend on Saturday I cooked up Wagyu cowboy chops and thick cut NY's on my Blackstone grill for the last time before I gave it away. Had cowboy chops leftover the next night Sunday and I didn't feel like freezing it so cooked those up as well. No such thing as too much steak IMO. :becky:
Saturday cook
Cooked the NY's direct and served them up first
These bad boys went indirect after a quick sear
And done
Then a repeat Sunday night for dinner except I used the Jumbo Joe
Then indirect
Finished
