slid these 7+ pounders on last night at 10, 225 grid temp with pecan chunks for smoke, pic is 8 this morning, internal temp mid 170s, should be perfect timing for lunch at work. t

these two were really good, no problem to pull, not much in the way of shrinkage and yet very moist. Even the kid from out east like it.....with three plates: two trips on sandwiches then pulled pork nachos with pork and bbq sauce over On the Border chips. At least that is what he called it.

I'll have to do it again because my intent was to feed the office folks and building security guard too. The guard and I talk bbq couple times a week. Unfortunately, he was called out on a vandalism call. Folks pulling copper in a vacant building, imagine that! t
