"Now THATS why we do this stuff. .those reactions make it all worth wild. when someone asks why we babysit briskets all night.. its not to feed ourselves. its to feed friends and family and make there eyes roll into their heads. :shock:"

I did "pulled brisket" for Karen's Quilt Guild Christmas dinner yesterday.
She took about 3 #s with 30 little rolls for 18 ladies.
4 other meat dishes on the buffet line.
They ate it all!!!!!!! Just picked at the other meats.
Finished off all the sandwiches and then licked the pan clean :lol:
And, now I "have" to cook 4 more pulled briskets "to go" for $$ :lol:
Makes it all worth while to hit a home run for friends and family!
