I haven't done a party in quite a few years. Going to do ribs, pulled pork, chicken wings and chicken thighs. Trying to figure how much to get? Thanks in advance!
 
For ribs, plan 2 bone portions, 12 bones per rack, so 13 racks

For pork, plan 1/4 lb portions cooked, or 1/2 lb raw, so 38 lbs.

For the chicken, I plan on a piece per person so no one is disappointed, but I know that is overkill.
