Cooking for 50 to 60

Would 5 nine pound butts be enough for approx 50 to 60 people. We will also be serving several salads and deserts.

If you go with 60 people, depending on your serving size. We will go with the bigger one, 1/3lb servings. You will need 20 lbs of cooked meat or 40 lbs raw. 5 9lb butts is 45 lbs, so you should be good to go. Especially if you go with 1/4 lb servings.

Yes with left overs, 5 would give you a 1/3lb for 67 people.
