This was Shiz-Nit's winning entry in the 2020 Fish and Seafood Throwdown


As chosen by Lunchman for winning the "2022 Loin Cookoff" Throwdown.



CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:

Though it's turkey season, let's be shellfish in this Throwdown and not let the bird rule the roost. Or in other words, when we seafood, we grill it, smoke it or bbq it. If it swims or lives in the sea, lake, pond, stream or fishtank, prepare it as your maine course on your grill, smoker or griddle and hang onto summer for a little while longer. Standard Throwdown rules apply.

You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday, 10/28 through Monday, 11/14.22

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Monday, 11/14.
