My copy came in the mail yest. Just had about two minutes to glance at it and seemed real cool. There are so many cuts of meat, sometimes I dont know what the heck im looking at. These seems like it will shed some light on various cuts. Heard about the book on another forum, anyone have this book? Any thoughts?
