I usually do two, but that's just because they generally come two to a package. Now that you can part the MM, you don't need to cook two to get one good MM.
I have been cooking 2 but I am thinking of going to 3 just to have a better selection on the money muscle and tubes. It wont go to waste, I will just have more to enjoy at home, in beans etc.
