This is not your mother's meatloaf! :sad: It's mine! I usually add a jar of salsa to make a Mexican Style Meatloaf. :twisted: This time I wanted to just get a good BBQ taste. :smile: I added a well chopped onion, two tbsp Todd's Dirt, some Simply Marvelous BBQ Seasoning and about a cup of my own bbq sauce. Covered with only a few strips of bacon and into the drum with Kingsford regular, two chunks of Pecan and one of Oak. I also smoked a couple of pork shanks to go in tomorrow's bean pot.
