First, I cored the head, then poked the hole full of real butter (almost filled the hole). Piled it up with chopped bacon. I smoked it at 225°-240° on a piece of foil with the edges turned up to catch any butter or juice for about two hours. Once it started to brown up nicely I wrapped the foil around to steam it and keep it from burning. It took between 4 and 5 hours to cook.After looking at all these great pics, I don't have much to add. Maybe just some bacon stuffed smoked cabbage.

Did you smoke them wrapped in foil?
Just bacon for stuffing? Maybe butter?
What grate temp and how long cook time?
