Here is my final table chicken. So many teams, we had to turn in 2 halves. They had the same color not sure why pic make one look darker.

Brisket before I cleaned and straightened it up. Great taste and moistness, but not the fall apart the IBCA judges like.

Looks good thillin! The two chickens is now standard in all IBCA and TGCBCA cookoffs no matter the number of teams. Where are the ribs?

I thought it's only 2 halves if there are over 60 teams. And 9 ribs and 9 slices of brisket instead of 7.

The ribs still weren't tender after 7+ hours. At least broke my streak of 9th place.:roll:
