Coffee Rubbed Prime Brisket

I enjoy using Espresso infused Sea Salt on beef. It is also known as chocalatiers salt. I buy it on Amazon. It looks pricey but it is rather strong so you do not use alot for each cook. I have not tried it on brisket yest but now it is on my list of things to try.

Thanks for sharing. I have a can of that stuff from TJ's in the cupboard someone gave me but never really wanted to try it until now.
