IF YOU DON’T HAVE A DRUM AND BEEN THINKING ABOUT GETTING ONE, I WOULD RECOMMEND THE HUNSAKER VORTEX!!
Damn this Prime Rib turned out perfect! Must have been good 7 bones devoured by 7 people!! I used my Hunsaker Vortex Drum cooking at 275, it took about 4 hours. Slathered with Mayo & seasoned the Prime Rib with Meatchurch Holy Cow & his new Garlic Herb seasoning with a little Montreal Steak seasoning on top. This was a great combination!
