Hi Guys,

I wanted my favorite chineese food tonight, besides it was too hot to cook inside. I have some boneless short ribs so I made Kung Pow Beef and Shrimp Fried Rice...

Gathered up the usual suspects:

This guy is a class "A" moron.... so glad I blocked him a LONG time ago.... Smoke Rings??? Yeah, that's an indication of flavor... Ha, ha....
 
Looks great. I have a wok ring for my LBGE and finished a full meal one evening, including the final dish.... a steamer of potstickers during a flash flood.

Inthe woods.... Not you, I was referring to smokeringsmatter..... Your one of the good coyboys :grin:
