no pics - my wife fixed this today - excellent
2-8oz packages light cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded cheddar
3 green onions finely chopped
3 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (not 3 cans)
1 teaspoon adobo sauce from can
1/2 teaspoon creole seasoning
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
stay exact on measurements if possible
combine cream cheese and remaining ingredients in a food processor and pulse 3 times stopping to scrape down sides
chill 2 hours* much better when chilled
serve with crackers, vegetables or make sandwhich or ABT filler
sorry about the pics but I didn't know she was making it and the rest is history :p

again no pics, too hungry for pics :p
fixed bacon cheeseburger by spreading this on both buns (toasted) with burger and bacon. I will do better about pics next time but shoveling this snow (28") makes me hungry and not too concerned with pics. Priorities

Posting this again as it is football season and this is a good dip with chips.
