Camp breakfast...

Used the tractor rim for this meal. No fire ban was going on at the time.

I let the biscuits rise on the low heat side of the fire

moved them to the side to brown the tops while I finished frying the steaks..

The steaks take on the smoke nicely while staying warm over the low fire.

I had half a biscuit buried in gravy, steak, hashbrowns, fruit to make it look healthy and a couple of eggs. Didn't eat it all but gave it a try!
Thanks for lookin'!

Another tractor rim home run! Always enjoy the attention to detail you put in all your cooks, Jeanie.

The tractor rim gets the call most of the time lately. Cool set-up. I like the heavy duty frame of the cook grate.

I usually use cube steaks also for my chicken fried. Yours look great.

I gotta go to the PETRO for that kind of meal, I can imagine yours being at least twice as good; especially when you add the smoke and the scenery.

You folks sure do eat well on the shore while in austere conditions! That looks wonderful.

Hope you've had luck on the fishing front.
