Chicken tacos

I decided that I wanted to try something I hadn't done before, so I cooked up some chicken tacos on my Weber kettle.



For the chicken I used an oregano and paprika based spice blend, and flattened the chicken breasts out so they would cook a little quicker, but kept them thick enough to slice and still have some texture.


I made a chunky guacamole and pico de gallo to go with it, and made a Habonero sauce to accompany. I think I achieved the perfect spice level for my taste which is a first as I usually go way beyond what I think I can handle!
