somebody shut me the fark up.
Grits are good for any meal, but I especially like them with dinner.
The grits are 100% corn grits made with butter, milk and water. Pre-cooked some bacon and tossed the bacon and some white cheddar into the grits as they were firming up.
On the grill (this is Q-Talk :doh: ) I put on two pork tenderloins that was seasoned liberally Naturiffic's Garlicky Lemon Gourmet salt (more to come on that)
Cooked the pork tenderloin until 145 IT, then let rest until it hit ~150F.
Sliced the pork into medallions and served alongside the Cheesy bacon Grits and some Haricot Vert was the green stuff on the plate.
It was a simple, but tasty meal!
