Family was eager for another round of cheesesteak and im not one to say no. Made few changes this go around. Doubled and onion and peppers. Put cheese on griddle with steak on top then mixed it into each portion instead of laying on top like previous cook

Shaved 4lb ribeye with my slicer. Cheddar cheese sauce, provolone, 2 green peppers, 1 giant onion

What was the cheese sauce? My cheese sauce game is less than ideal…This is making me want to go cook a Philly on the flat top!

I mix 3 slices of provolone into meat for each sammy then pour cheddar sauce over top. I have tried a few kinds and I prefer nacho cheese out of can. Has more of a bite IMO and takes flavor up another notch
