While rootin' around in the freezer the other day I came up with a rib eye roast. It was about 3 pounds.
I remembered that one of the current throwdowns was for the ultimate cheeseburger so I figgered why not.
After thawing it in the fridge for a couple days, I ground that roast up and mixed in a few freshly roasted jalapenos. I made some patties and grilled 'em up on the ol' Weber. I added some sharp cheddar and served them up.
