Cheddar Beer Burgers

Nothing like a cheesburger on the grill!

Topped 'em off with mushrooms, onions, & a homemade cheddar beer sauce

Cheddar Beer Sauce

8 oz Beer

8 oz Grated Sharp Cheddar (dusted in corn starch - I'm guessing @ 1 T or less)

1 Garlic Clove (whole)

Salt & Pepper to taste

Simmer on stove (low heat) until it thickens


Not much to it.....pretty simple!
