I found it last night says it's a year old and has to go due to moving out of country. So I show up today only to find out it's an outlaw in really good shape for $50. This is my second score in 2 months.. The first was the side fire box still in the box also for $50. I am so glad I bookmarked BlueDawg's post on mods for this. I do realize that the firebox is a little small for the Outlaw but I think I can make it work with a little more effort. Clean up and mods and pics to come.

I had some time and weather in my favor so broke out the grinder and a tape measure. The mods are pretty easy so far the broken welds on the ash pan took a little figuring... ( not a metal worker)

Please excuse the phone picks. and I hope it works never tried from my phone.

After finally getting all the stuff together I do not think I was correct with the outlaw assumption. Oh well I am still happy with it. Here are some pics for the weekend update.

Wifey thought she would help me out.

Before and after

Almost there.

All put together. Just need to de-rust the grates.
