Center Cut Pork Ribs

So this past weekend, we smoked center-cut pork ribs. Came out pretty tasty, if I do say so myself. Still want to make them even more tender though...maybe next time wrap them tight and let them steam themselves for a while before serving, like in a cooler or something?

That looks good, you and Brandan hit it right with that cook. I like the dialogue part too, entertaining. Since I am not a fall off the bone guy, those ribs look very tasty to me.
