I have not injected anything for 4 or 5 years. I have a nice 10 lb pork butt that I have been kicking around the idea of going for it. I need some of your go to injections, please inject me with your knowledge. :becky:

I just used my injector for the first time last night. I melted a stick of butter, added juice of a lemon, habanero hot sauce, and black pepper and garlic powder.

The injector was a total PITA, clogged repeatedly despite using small particle ingredients. Hard to call it a "go to" injection, but it was tasty.
 
Here is one.

Pork Injection
2 cups apple juice
1 ¼ cup of white granulated sugar
3 tablespoons table salt
¼ cup of white vinegar
2 tablespoon of your favorite hot sauce
 
In a pinch, I'll just use the following:

Good apple juice or white grape juice (peach nectar if you can find it)
Worcestershire sauce
Some of your favorite rub
A splash of ACV
