Yes you can get it from amazon. That's where I got mine (along with a roller).
I like paper way better that foil, but generally don't use either.

I've also seen folks cover their worktable with butcher paper to make cleanup easier. That seems like a good use too.

I'm guessing 24" is wide enough when wrapping even the largest of briskets. Might go w/ 36, the table cover is a nice feature.

Really? Didnt know this, what area would this be in? I've never seen it in there.

Ours has it by the foil and disposable plates/cups.

I like wrapping my briskets in BP around 160 before all the juices start flowing. I've found it helps retain some of the moisture and liquid fat jizz without compromising my bark texture.

I have not tried liquid with it, but my guess is that it would fall apart. It may hold together with the the sugar and sauce combo people do with ribs, but would be shocked if it handled a beer. Does any butcher paper hold up well with that?

The biggest I've done was 14lbs.

I use a "t" wrap on brisket and have not had problems.

If I had the space for it I may have done the 36.
