Yes you can get it from amazon. That's where I got mine (along with a roller).
I like paper way better that foil, but generally don't use either.

Seems very thin from the reviews. The paper doesn't fall apart when wrapping say ribs with liquid?

I have not tried liquid with it, but my guess is that it would fall apart. It may hold together with the the sugar and sauce combo people do with ribs, but would be shocked if it handled a beer. Does any butcher paper hold up well with that?
