Looks great John!

There was a now defunct seasoning place called Nantucket Off-Shore that made a great lamb rub called Mt. Olympus.

Bought the seasoning you previously called "Lamb". Damn good replacement for Mt. Olympus!

Nantucket made other good seasonings. They made something called Mediterranean rub. Was killer on thick cut pork chops. Had some red chili flake in it.

John....Is that a really cheesy lunch for a really cheesy guy?

Double cheese cheese burger looks awesome. :hungry:

Excellent-ish Greek-ish burgers, John! :clap2:

I make a Mediterranean-ish garnish/relish of chopped tomatoes, EVOO, sea salt, chopped red onion & parsley that would compliment those burgers quite well. Next burger cook, I'm going to incorporate yours with my relish and see how it goes.

Looks delicious and I'm sure tasted great cooked over wood!

It convinced me to swap out yesterday's planned smash burgers for lamb burgers. I went a little different on the spices but they were a good change from the ordinary. Thanks for the inspiration!
