Great artistic talent and eye you have there. Where are you buying the funnels and do you know if they have 26"? Would love to put one of those on my 85 gallon UDS.

The spun cones are 16 gauge, 23.031 in diameter. I've never seen any larger on their site. When I started buying them, they were a bio- diesel on line store and the cone is designed to be welded to the bottom of a drum.

They were around $70.00 back in the day plus shipping. Now, the bio-diesel company is gone and they are just a fabrication shop now. The top has doubled in price since.

Got the cone top gasket on, frame wheels welded on and painted, valve levers painted, BUFORD Smoke stand off done, painting complete. Final assembly this weekend, burn in seasoning smoke next weekend.

I wish it was all welded, most of the welds around the fire box were tack welds, covered with smoothed out rtv, lol. :tape:
I did use a die grinder on bottom of the cow catcher.

I like ol Steampunk, and it's great cooker. I still favor the camo off road BUFORD myself.
