I think he's talking about Texas Original Pits. My next door neighbor has one with the warner box. Its a total joke and does not draft at all. Thick white smoke all day.

That was exactly my experience. Though I will admit, it was my first ever offset and I was learning it in Minnesota winter. However, with no further experience, my LSG has been MUCH easier to run so far, and from what I understand now about offset design theory, my old TOP-Pearsall simply had too many design flaws for a beginner like me to ever overcome. More than likely, I was setting myself up for failure before I ever started.
