Corona virus could not stop the opening of trout season at my rod and gun club. Very easy to keep social distance on your dock or in your boat . . .

Ordinarily, I'm a catch-and-release guy, but with everything going on, I hate to waste free food. I fried some in cornmeal breading . . . grilled/roasted some on the kettle . . . battered and fried some others . . .

Since it's been unseasonably cool and since one of the brookies yielded nice-sized filets, I decided to play on Third Eye's lox recipe.
