Brisket & Tri Tip Cooks...

Been a while since I've posted, but still lurk on a regular basis and I'm always smoking and grilling.


Did a little 10.75lb Prime packer from Costco a little while ago, and two Tri Tips just last week. Did both on the Weber 26. Have the 26 dialed in pretty good to run around 300 without much attention at all, so I love using it as often as possible. Did a reverse sear on the Tri Tips. One of the few places I can find them is at WM. I don't usually buy beef there, but these aren't bad.



Was happy with the results of both cooks. Here's a few pics from the cooks.

Wow, those look fantastic. I'm having my first go at trial tip tomorrow. If it looks half as good I'll be happy.
