Keto Tortilla. Nice zero net carb food holster. Good as flour? Nope. Good as light fried corn? Nope. But acceptable.

I hit that 3X and then piled some on a blue corn tortilla chip

Eagles? Cheeze Whiz? I hate to say it, but i would mow those taco's Adams. You could have won that taco TD easy with those taco's.

Question: Was the brisket cooked specifically FOR taco meat....or were you using leftovers for tacos?

if the former, do you rub/season your meat differently if you know you're doing something with a more Mexican/southwestern flair type dish?

I was using leftovers. It's been probably 60-90 days since I cooked it. Best I remember and just SWAG, I don't usually season a brisket for a specific dish. Pretty generic seasoning to cover American -Mexican- Italian etc
50% 16 Mesh BP
25% Kosher Salt
25% Lawry's
