The Weather and The Bride two great forces of nature changed my plans today. Leftover brisket and beef sausage from previous cooks. Purple onion red bell smoked garlic chopped celery some SPOG type seasoning with a dash of Cavenders and Mexene. Box of stock and a package of purple Hull Peas. Pretty good. Found a big hunk of frozen brisket fat to add. Nice.

When you have purple hull peas, the rest of the ingredients get three times as good! Looks great! :clap2:
