Yep! It’s melted velveeta with rotel and bacon and peppers and meat of some kind...sausage, chorizo, hamburger, taco meat, usually...nothing like that in Australia?!? You guys are missing out!
I am so disappointed in myself. As a chip and dip addict, I have never thought of adding brisket to a dip this method. Yours looks great and has inspired me!
Glad to see you back. I missed your posts while you were on your sabbatical. I would have figured you would be a fan of a smoked fatty in your queso, especially a hot flavored fatty.
