Start by baking a batch of pita bread (on the grill, but forgot to actually take pics of the grilling. just the before and after.)

Throw in a Choice-grade brisket rubbed with prime rib rub and brown sugar.

This will get sliced and tucked into the fresh pita bread with cucumbers, sweet onions, and a Carolina mustard sauce.
