5lb Brisket flat
4lbs of dry beans
20lbs tomatoes
Onions, garlic, and more.

It was right on time. I over cooked the flat a bit. I had to finish in the oven, fell asleep, did not hear the temp alarm. So it was kinda shredded not cubes that I was hoping for. Kinda had a Brunswick stew texture but was still good.

Nothing was canned, all fresh ingredients...
