It looks like you have a CCA treated deck there under the smoker. Even though it appears that you have something underneath. I don't know if I would eat something smoked on a smoker that sat on a CCA treated deck. When heated, the CCA treated lumber does release some of the toxin in a vapor form. I don't know how much gets released or if it gets warm enough in your situation but I don't think it is worth the chance.
