It took longer than expected, but the smoker finally burned its first batch of charcoal today. :clap2:


I did shed a tear as I fired it up for its virgin run.


Now we are COOKIN'!!!!!! :eyebrows:


Of course, a fatty is the easiest thing to make for first runs. This one is home ground trimmings from pork spare ribs dusted with Jallelujah Jalapeno Bacon Rub from BPS. :icon_bugeyed


This shot doesn't do justice to this fatty. :hail:


So here's the money shot. Boy, that Bacon Jalapeno rub ROCKS! :dancer:
