Breaking In My New Lone Star Grillz Mini Smoker

Got my new LSG mini Tuesday and just having a chance to break it in today . Cooking some spare ribs , rib tips and a couple huge chicken breasts .

I do not get why they call it a mini either and is huge and taller then me , lol . I would hate to see what the normal size one is .

Did not get a finished pic but was able to do a little video and these ribs came out just as good as my stick burners were able to do .

Congrat's on the Mini! I have those wheels on my LSG offset cabinet and they sure make it easy to move that beast.
