Hey, I'm a newbie to this forum and to my new Lynx. I've done a lot of grilling on my old Weber, but now have a new Lynx 30" with Infrared Sear burner - woohoo. I'm about to grill my first steaks - aged boneless ribeyes. I will use the smoker box, of course. Love to have advice on whether to just sear 'em on the infrared or cook them totally on it. Other good suggestions re: best use of the Lynx also much appreciated.
