Bone-In Pork Chops!

Hey guys, It's been raining and I haven't had time to do a long cook on a smoker. Fired the Gasser up today for some quick Bone-In Pork chops! Rubbed them with Oak Ridge Beef and Pork Comp!

Hopefully I will be firing a smoker up soon! It's about time for another cook! Thanks for looking!

Thanks, Was a great meal! Would of been better with 4ever3's idea of home grown tomato slices and cottage cheese. I've got tomato's on but their not ripe yet!
