The sausage loafs turned out great. First place in the Main Dish category. Beginners luck I guess.
 
Looks good, congrats on the win! So you just mixed in blueberrys in the sausage i see, intresting.
 
Used L&M meats Hot Italian Seasoning out of Grand Forks with dried blueberries and a corn cob smoked bacon. Smoked with Apple for 6 hours at 250 on my UDS.
 
looks good!! sweet, spicy, and savory! dang, 6 hrs at 250? that seems really long. i just did one at 220-250 for 3hrs and it was at 170 int temp.
