Last Friday's fare... New to me. Take some ground ginger, minced garlic, tumeric, salt, pepper, cayenne, oil and lemon juice to make a paste. Mix in peeled deveined tail-on shrimp. Fire up the Blackstone with some butter and start tossing. A little rice bed and some caramelized onions for grins... Plate and serve.

(note to self... skip the rice and onions - - - More Shrimp) :thumb:

Love it! Looks great!

As the only seafood eater in the house, it's rare that I go and make a second dish just for myself. I HAVE done a 'shrimp on the stone' cook once or twice when we did fajitas. It's great how quickly it goes, so making a second meal isn't nearly as brutal.
